Caesars Windsor, A Caesars Destination Hotel

The clean room was lovely, but the parking garage was very confusing.

Room was huge and immaculate and clean.

My favourite property in Windsor.

Exceptionally clean hotel with a perfect location and genuinely helpful and very friendly staff. The rooms spotless, huge with a great view as well as a big bathroom. A great selection of good food for meals.

The location is perfect, right downtown and next to everything. We loved the clean room with a beautiful downriver view. The staff at the gaming tables were super helpful too! We also enjoyed the spa with great massages.

the reservation process at spago was confusing and caused us to rush our meal before the concert.

The room was spotless and immaculate and with a great view. The hotel took care of the excellent service. The staff were courteous and food was appetising.

The sushi spot, On A Roll, served up some bomb sliders that hit the spot! The waterfront view is a total vibe while you chill at Johnny Rockets. Plus, the clean rooms really let you unwind after a long day of exploring.

The concert room staff were super persistent about picture-taking. It reminded me of we were under a microscope with constant interruptions. Kinda killed the concert vibe, ya know?

There where exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, central heating and an iron/ironing board inside the room. Excellant view of Detroit downtown, loved it. The hotel had a stunning location close to The Colosseum.

I loved that my stay put me just a short stroll from the fine Dieppe Gardens, where I could unwind and enjoy the views of the river, and I also appreciated being so close to great dining options like Nero's Steakhouse, making it easy to grab a bite after my city explorations.

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the clean rooms. The amenities offered plenty of activities like a fantastic concert that turned my evening into a nice event.

Checking in was frustrating. It took two hours to resolve issues with my credit card. The limited dining options left much to be desired, especially for breakfast.

The room was big size and huge with a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

Private parking onsite provided.

I appreciated how clean and spacious the hotel was. The beautiful waterfront views were amazing, and the inviting décor. The accessibility features were helpful, allowing me to navigate comfortably with ease.

More dining options late at night would be great.
